    1. My first comment! Thanks Carol 🙂 Mike named it. It suits our little farm so well. It was a part of a family property four generations ago it’s great to be back. Between the actual heritage and heritage produce and livestock it suits us perfectly.

    1. It’s so good! I’ve always liked vinegar, but I’m afraid I’m turning into a bit of a vinegar snob. Maybe we’ll try making apple cider vinegar next fall. Yum!

  1. Congratulations! – I love using any type of vinegar , organic of course, apple cider v, balsamic v – I use a bit to put a snap in my homemade soups and stews – just livens them right up – ps – I so recommend staying away from aluminum foil for cooking – use parchment paper , or just the cooking sheet and a quick soak and a wash.

    1. Great tip! I love a little acidity in pretty much everything. Even the fruit leather I made when we had too many plums and apples. So yummy!

  2. This is so great! You are amazing and I can’t wait to get some of these yummy things – but not the beets 😜
