What a treat to sit down and enjoy a fresh breath of spring on a cold winter day or any day for that matter! We preserve the spring to enjoy year-round with our farm-made floral jellies. The flower petals and herbs are foraged right here on our farm and the lemon juice comes from our very own homegrown Meyer lemons.
These delicately scented jellies are great on biscuits, scones, crackers, or croissants. A fragrant jelly is also the perfect finish to an amuse bouche or on a sophisticated charcuterie platter. Floral jelly is especially wonderful drizzled over vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
Floral and herbal jellies are made by selecting the best petals or leaves of the season and infusing them into a tea used to craft the jelly. Each jelly contains petals and herbs gathered on our farm, water, sugar, fruit pectin, and lemon juice from our lemon tree.

Jelly will be seasonally available in small batches every spring and summer.
